It's competitive. It's tough. It takes at least five years of training. It's Air Traffic Control. If you're up to the challenge, we've got the schools listed below. But keep in mind you must be well under 30 to attend one of these schools and you'll be facing fierce competition in the job market when you graduate. However, the rewards are tremendous; ATC jobs pay very well, and you must retire at age 56. Not bad. Air traffic controller training starts with a four-year degree.
