Rhode Island will be the perfect place for you to attend Flight & Helicopter Schools International Students if you are looking for a small state. This is the smallest state in the country. It is 30 miles from east to west and 40 miles from north to south.

A lot of the state is covered by woodland. There are hills in the northern and western parts of the state. The land in the southern part of the state is at a lower elevation.

This state is cold and snowy during the winter. Winter temperatures are between 20 degrees and 37 degrees. Annual snowfall in the state is about 35 inches. Temperatures in the summer range from a low of 64 degrees to a high of 83 degrees.

The largest city in Rhode Island is Providence. Warwick is the second largest city in the state. It is 13 miles from Providence. You’ll have a variety of things to do if you’re furthering your education in Providence.

Providence was settled during the 1600s. You’ll find a number of places where you can learn about the area’s history. The John Brown House Museum was built in 1788. The Governor Henry Lippitt House was built in 1865. A walking tour of downtown will take you along streets that date back to the city’s beginning. Benefit Street is lined with colonial and Victorian homes. The annual Festival of Historic Houses in June will give you an opportunity to tour some historic homes that are privately owned.

There are more historic sites in the nearby town of Warwick. A visit to the Clouds Hill Victorian House Museum will give you an opportunity to tour a home that was built in 1872. The Pawtuxet Village area of Warwick has a number of colonial houses.

There are many other attractions in the Providence area. Two of the other places to see in Providence are the Roger Williams Park Zoo and the Culinary Arts Museum. You can get a scenic view of the city when you take a gondola ride along the Providence River. The mall at Providence Place has over 170 stores. There are boutiques on Federal Hill in this city.
