You can attend performances by the Vermont Symphony Orchestra at the Flynn Center for the Performing Arts.
There are things to do outside in the winter if you don’t mind the cold. The Sugarbush Resort is about 45 minutes south of Burlington. There are over 100 trails for skiing and snowboarding here. You can take a guided tour into the Slide Brook Basin Wilderness Area.
You’ll find plenty to do outside after the weather warms up. You can shop in the stores along the Church Street pedestrian mall. The Burlington Farmers’ Market is held weekly during the summer.
