Our students and instructors train on the most technologically advanced equipment including the Cirrus SR-20 aircraft, Advanced Aircraft Training Devices (AATDs or simulators) and have begun the FITS (FAA Industry Training Standards) which keeps training as realistic as possible. FITS is a scenario based training method.

Employee Compensation

Delta instructors will earn $33-$50K per year, coupled with an achievable bonus plan!!!

$1000 bonus paid upon completion of 90-day probationary period. (Used to pay for moving expenses etc.)
