Welcome to Airwork Washington Flight School
Airwork was formed to provide Washington flight training and to create jobs for pilots after they receive their Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) rating. It was also formed to make being a flight instructor a career instead of just a stepping stone to build flight hours to qualify for other commercial job opportunities.

Airwork Washington Flight School creates an opportunity for pilots to make substantially higher income by creating a team that keeps assigned aircraft mechanically operational and busy while sharing in the business success.

Pilot Careers
Certified Flight Instructors (CFI’s) that are employed by Airwork at our Washington Flight Training can make a good income part time or full time. Degreed students in Washington flight training will be given primary consideration as managers of flight schools throughout the country because we are growing a professional organization which requires management, FAA compliance capabilities and professional communication / planning skills. Good non-degreed students with the right personality, skills and safety aptitude will also be considered on an individual basis. A degree is also a good safety net which can provide alternative career paths should personal interests or the world conditions change.

Flying Just For Fun
For those who just want to fly. Graduate students may have access to aircraft at reduced rates. Additionally, they will have an opportunity to participate in our "Reserve Fund" that protects the pilot from Insurance deductibles should a mishap result in damage to the aircraft and liability protection for damage to other persons and property.
