GARMIN 1000 COURSE
The obvious reason to do a multi engine rating is safety. In the unlikely event of having an engine failure, the multi engine aircraft is designed in such a way that performance is good enough to continue flight to a aerodrome for landing. Most charter companies have multi-engine aircraft in their fleet. It is the obvious choice as most clients prefer a multi-engine aircraft and some of the clients' are required to fly on a multi-engine aircraft due to their insurance specifications.
