About Us - East Coast Aero Club was originally started as a club for students twenty one years ago; the focus has remained to keep the cost as low as possible while providing safe, high-quality aircraft. We maintain low overhead and pass the savings on to you.

FAA-Approved - East Coast Aero Club is a FAA-approved Part 141 Flight School with curricula from Private Helicopter all the way through Certified Flight Instructor.

VA Benefits Available - Apply your VA benefits to pay for up to 60% of your training after you acquire your Private license.

Advantages of East Coast Aero Club

Quality Instruction - The East Coast Aero Club is unique in the experience level of our pilots. Whereas many flight schools have a hard time retaining instructors once they reach 1000 hours, most of our instructors have at least 1000 hours and several have more than 2000 hours. That experience equals a higher standard of training and safety.

Well-Maintained Aircraft - ECAC has the newest training fleet in New England and always maintain our aircraft to the highest of standards. We employ an experienced staff of full-time aviation technicians to ensure timely maintenance that exceeds FAA standards. We are the only flight school with on-site maintenance.

Helicopter Rental hourly rates (wet)

Commitment to Quality

We use high quality aviation fuel and well-respected engine overhaul facilities such as the Lycoming factory. We never use automotive gasoline or "shade tree" overhauls.

Relaxed Atmosphere

Our club is a fun and relaxed place to hang out. You will find other pilots and aviation enthusiasts to talk to and go flying with!
