Our Professional Pilot Programs are ideal for you if you are pursuing a career as an airline or commercial pilot. We are able to provide training and time building programs so that you can meet the FAA minimum 1,500 requirement for ATP.

Our Guaranteed price programs means just that (Programs with prefix GP) - The price is fixed and guaranteed. These are all-inclusive fixed price programs. Our other program prices are also fixed and guaranteed but only cover flight costs - which means no change in prices for rising fuel costs, additional training costs etc.
What is included in your guaranteed program is:
Your furnished housing (single occupancy) for 9 months including utilities, internet etc.
Your flight training costs for 250 hours
Your written exam fees
Your check ride fees are guaranteed irrespective of number of check rides
Your aircraft rental and health insurance costs
Pick up from airport to your housing and back for 5 days a week - weekend transport will covered if it is connected to your program.
All you need to do is pay for your food, personal clothing, incidentals (such as soap, shampoo, etc.), entertainment costs and costs of personal transportation.
Our programs are designed to get you from zero time to a type-rating of your choice through a Part 141, Part 142 and Part 61 programs. These fixed price programs are the best value for money.

Thinking about being a career pilot? Excellent Choice. The profession is filled with excitement. No other profession provides the level of satisfaction and enjoyment that flying does.
A Commercial Pilot Certificate is needed for you to become a pilot for hire. In order to obtain your commercial pilot certificate you need to have at least 250 hours if you trained under Part 61 or about 190 hours if you train under either Part 141 or Part 142 of Title 14 to the US Code of Federal Regulations.
In order to become an Airline Pilot, you need to be a commercial pilot, be 23 years of age and have a Class 1 medical certificate and pass the Airline Transport Pilot Certification Training Program and also have 1500 hours of flying experience under your belt before any airline in the United States of America is going to pick you up. ATP certificate allows you to be either the pilot in command or first officer of a large airline transport aircraft.

If your needs are to just be a Private Pilot and fly for fun or personal achievement - to fulfill the dream of learning to fly, we have an instructional program for private pilot that is designed to meet your goals.
Our non-career Private Pilot course is designed to deliver skill and safety. Learning to fly is an adventure and is destined to change how others see you and how you see yourself! Learning to fly can also be affordable. The time you dedicate to individual study contributes to the time it takes for you to earn your ratings, and can significantly reduce your total cost of training. You can pay as you go. Through our Part 141 approved programs, you may be able to complete your private pilot course and your instrument rating in as little as 70 hours.
Become a Private Pilot:
The private pilot certificate is the first certificate you require to fly freely in the skies. It lets you fly just about any aircraft (subject to appropriate ratings) for any non-commercial purpose, and gives almost unlimited authority to fly under visual flight rules (VFR).
Private pilots can carry multiple passengers, unlike sport pilots who can carry only one, and private pilots can fly at night and in more types of airspace with no distance restrictions as compared to sport pilots. With more training and an additional rating, private pilots can also operate under Instrument Flight Rules. At Global Pilot Academy, you will be required to follow a curriculum, conduct at least 2.5 hours of your flight in a flight simulator and will be required to train to proficiency as a competent pilot is often a safe pilot. We teach you how to fly safely and also help you in honing your decision making skills.
You will learn to recognize that good decision making always starts before you get into the airplane and decide to fly. The minimum required training time for a private pilot certificate is 35 hours for Part 141 (very few finish in 35 hours - it is almost impossible but the regulations allow a Part 141 program to train within 35 hours), and 40 hours for Part 61. The national average is much higher but most of our students finish anywhere between 45 and 55 hours.
Our programs are affordable and you can obtain significant discounts if you pay for your program for the aircraft rental upfront. You can also pay as you go and can chose from a variety of aircraft and control your training cost.
To earn a private pilot certificate, you’ll need to:
Meet the minimum age requirement:
Be at least 16 to become a student pilot and fly solo (14 for gliders).
Be at least 17 to test for a private pilot certificate (16 for gliders).
Be able to read, write, and understand English.
Hold a minimum of a third class airman medical certificate to establish medical fitness.
Pass an FAA private pilot knowledge test, also known as the written test.
Complete a minimum of 35 or 40 hours of training, depending on your curriculum.
Pass an FAA private pilot practical test, also known as the flight test or checkride.
If you are not a U.S. Citizen, you will be required to obtain clearance from the TSA to proceed with your flight training. TSA requirements can be found at http://www.flightschoolcandidates.gov
Obtaining your Instrument Airplane Rating:
After you obtain your private pilot certificate we highly encourage you to also obtain an instrument airplane rating for your private pilot certificate. Flying with reference to instruments in your airplane is a specialized skill set and is a very valuable skill set.
Our instrument rating course uses a combination of flight training in a simulator and the rest in an airplane. Simulators are more sensitive than airplanes and if you are able to fly under simulated instrument conditions with simulated severe weather, thunderstorms, icing, snow, hail, etc. etc. you can get a feel for what it is like to fly in those conditions and only having to rely on the aircraft instruments to take-off, cruise, approach and land. This course is the first step to allow you to obtain your instrument rating and legally fly in Instrument Meteorological Conditions (IMC) or in IFR required airspace of the Air Traffic Control system.
Obtaining an instrument rating is the first step to also demonstrate to your insurance carrier that you are a more qualified private pilot.
