AIRCRAFT: Phoenix East has a fleet of late model, carefully maintained and fully certified aircraft for all ratings. Simulators are state-of-the-art, full-sized closed cockpits.

PROFESSIONAL PROGRAMS:

PRO I PROGRAM
Private License, Commercial License, Instrument Rating, Multi-Engine Rating, Certified Flight Instructor Rating, Certified Flight Instructor Instrument Rating.

Designed for a zero-time pilot. Upon completion, the pilot is qualified to be a Flight Instructor in a single-engine aircraft and teach students to be licensed Private, Commercial or Instrument-rated pilots. The Glass Cockpit and CRM curriculum trains the pilot to operate in a multi-crew team environment, while managing today’s advanced aircraft systems. These ratings are extremely important for the pilot who desires to advance his/her flight time and flight experience; Phoenix East hires graduates as flight instructors, allowing the pilot to build flight hours, while working as a paid employee until hired by an airline.

PRO III PROGRAM
Private License, Multi-Engine Private Rating, Instrument Rating, Commercial Single Engine License, Commercial Multi-Engine License, Certified Flight Instructor Rating, Certified Flight Instructor Instrument Rating. Includes 50 hours multi-engine time as well as Glass Cockpit and CRM Training.

Similar to the Pro I Program, Pro III emphasizes multi-engine training. Most single-engine training is replaced by advanced multi-engine instruction. As in all Phoenix East professional courses, ground school, flight exams, written exams and books are all included.

ATP PROGRAM I
Multi-Engine Instructor Rating, FAR 135 VFR Ground School and Aircraft Training, FAR 135 IFR Ground School and Aircraft Training, Turbo Prop Ground School and Simulator Training, Turbo Jet Ground School and Simulator Training, CRM and Human Factors Ground School, Airline Transport Pilot License.

The highest license a pilot can achieve, the Airline Transport Pilot’s License requires a minimum of 1,500 flight hours. Pre-requisites are completion of Commercial, Instrument, Multi-Engine and Instructor Ratings (CFI and CFII). To build sufficient flight hours to obtain this license, many qualified graduates elect to join Phoenix East as paid flight instructors.
