Utah is a good place to attend Helicopter Training if you don’t mind snow in the winter and heat in the summer. This state has valleys, mountains, deserts and lakes. There are interesting outdoor places to visit in the city during the warm weather. Temple Square is the world headquarters of the Mormon Church. You can learn about the Mormons and their history in Utah at the visitors’ centers in Temple Square. There are parks and gardens in this 35 acre square. A visit to This Is The Place Heritage Park will give you a vivid picture of pioneer life in Utah.

Provo is 40 miles south of Salt Lake City. There are thing to do outdoors in this area. The Sundance Resort is about 15 miles from Provo. There are places to ski in the winter and hike in the summer. You can take rafting trips down the Provo River.

There are some things you can do indoors in Provo during the winter. You can see the displays of fossils at the Museum of Paleontology at Brigham Young University. The Brigham Young University Symphony Orchestra performs during the winter. You can attend concerts at the Covey Center for the Arts.
